Bio

I am a psychotherapist specializing in alcohol and substance use issues. I tailor treatment to the individual client, and work to reveal the root of the problem with therapeutic process that is informed by psychoanalytic thinking, a systems approach, CBT techniques, and trauma-based theory and practice.

Outside of my practice, I’m a mother and step mother which is a daily source of learning and growth and a big part of who I am. I enjoy running, spending time by the beach, and am a proud lifelong New Yorker.
